Processing Time: Approved refunds will be processed within 30 days of the request.
In certain situations, such as medical emergencies or relocation, refunds may be granted on a case-by-case basis.

Boarding and Transportation Fees
Fees for boarding and transportation are non-refundable once the service begins.
In cases of withdrawal before the start of these services, a partial refund may be considered, minus administrative charges.
Extracurricular Activities and Special Programs
Fees for extracurricular activities, workshops, or special programs are non-refundable, as these are considered
final at the time of enrollment.
Request for Refund
Refund requests must be submitted in writing to the school administration, along with all required documents
(e.g., proof of payment, withdrawal application). The school reserves the right to review and approve such
requests based on its policies.
