House System
The students of the school are divided into 4 Houses, each at the Primary and Middle section. The House is managed by Housemasters. The Housemasters select House Captains, Assistant House Captains and Sports Captains. It is compulsory for every student to be a member of a House. The main idea of the House System is to inculcate in our students the essential qualities of leadership, team work, co-operation, mutual understanding and self reliance. Various inter-house activities are held for this purpose throughout the year.
Vivekanand House

Yellow colour of the house symbolises the colour of optimism. It is a compelling colour that conveys youthful energy and this color of sunshine is uplifting and illuminating. It is associated with success and self-reliance. It grabs attention because eye sees this colour first. Keeping this perspective in mind the students of this house are prepared not just to win but also to build their self confidence. Vivekananda house takes part in all the events held in the school with great eagerness. Various events in which the students take part throughout the year are Declamation, Spellathon, Debate, Singing , Quiz , ICT related competition etc. Students of Vivekananda house are encouraged to participate with full zest and each student of the house endeavors to excel in various competitions.
Tagore House
“Let your life lightly dance on the edge of time like dew on the tip of a leaf”
Based on this astounding imagery, ‘the Tagore house’ members take active interest in performing all the co-curricular activities with immense zeal and enthusiasm. The green colour of the flag emphasizes on abundance of talent in all spheres-games, oratory skills, dance, singing, and all the other competitions . The students participate with true competitive spirits and provide justice to the epic objective of our Goenkan fraternity. The backbones of our house, the house in charges play an extremely efficient and vital role in the nurturing and motivation of the students throughout. The tremendous spirit of unity is witnessed in the competitions where the house members’ are seen zeal fully cheering for their peers, volunteering and competing. The gusto of each Tagorian on the very first day of the new year is to hold the best house trophy in their hands and they make every possible effort to aspire and flourish.
Radhakrishnan House
“A life of joy and success is possible only on the basis of knowledge and science.”
A mentor is someone who becomes an inspiration, a role model someone whose life we can learn from. Dr Sarvepalli Radhakrishnan is our house mentor. He believed Students are future of the nation. Their foundation should be strong and student should realize the worth of mankind. With this aim, Radhakrishnan house works for an overall development of a child’s grooming through various activities and programmes. The house aims at maximum participation of students in all the academic and extra-curricular activities, not only to participate but also to help in building confidence and team-work. Based on the words of Dr. Radhakrishnan, “When we think we know, we cease to learn”; the house aims to promote learning in a continuous and ongoing way.
Teresa House
“Life is the most beautiful gift of God”
A house which believes in not just participating in the house competitions but winning them whole heartedly. Teresa House is the winner of the Best House Trophy, for last year this year also they will strive to retain it. All the students of the house participate in the various house competitions with lot of hard work & enthusiasm. Teresa House as the name suggest is on “Mother Teresa” , the blue colour represent peace and love she bestowed on humanity by working day night for the down and trodden. We all go ahead with same zeal and hard work to reach the zenith once again, with a lot of good luck we march ahead.
